We target 99.9% uptime for each hosting service in each calendar month. When unscheduled downtime in a month passes 0.1% of that month (about 43 minutes in a 30-day month), you can claim a credit of 5% of that service's monthly fee for each full hour of qualifying downtime. The credit for one month is capped at 100% of that service's monthly fee. Credits go against future invoices. Claim by support ticket within 30 days of the outage. Exclusions apply.
Plans run from $9.95 to $49.95 a month, billed monthly. There is no contract. We do not add sales tax. Domains are separate, and every plan needs your own domain.
Yes. We cannot give out a tripledoghosting.com subdomain. Register a domain with us or use one you already have.
WooCommerce comes preinstalled on Woo Launch and Woo Growth. On the other plans you add it from the control panel. WordPress is preinstalled on every plan.

Yes, for first-time customers. Cancel hosting within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it. Domains are non-refundable. The full rules are in section 5 of the Terms of Service.
Open a ticket in your client area or email support@tripledoghosting.com. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. Our target is a first reply within 1 business day.
Upgrades apply right away and we prorate the difference. If your site keeps hitting a plan limit, we tell you and suggest a bigger plan. We never upgrade or charge you without asking first.
We sell to customers in the United States. You need a U.S. billing address.
