We target 99.9% uptime for each hosting service in each calendar month. When unscheduled downtime in a month passes 0.1% of that month (about 43 minutes in a 30-day month), you can claim a credit of 5% of that service's monthly fee for each full hour of qualifying downtime. The credit for one month is capped at 100% of that service's monthly fee. Credits go against future invoices. Claim by support ticket within 30 days of the outage. Exclusions apply.
Our servers run in a US data center on a platform operated by our infrastructure provider. We measured the items in the first list ourselves. The items in the second list come from our infrastructure provider's published plan details, read on Nov 2, 2026. We have not measured them.
Yes. Every plan bills monthly. There is no contract and no long-term commitment. We charge the card on file on the due date and email your invoice 7 days before.
Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades start right away and we prorate the difference. Check that your site fits the smaller plan before you downgrade.
Cancel in your client area or by email. Service runs to the end of the month you paid for. We keep your data for 30 days after that, then delete it.
Yes. Every plan needs your own domain, and we cannot give out a tripledoghosting.com subdomain. Register one with us or use one you already have. If your domain is registered elsewhere, point its nameservers to ns1.tripledoghosting.com and ns2.tripledoghosting.com. Domains are non-refundable.
Bandwidth and email accounts are unlimited for normal use by a WordPress or WooCommerce site. If a site slows down others on the same server, we tell you and suggest an upgrade. The details are in section 5 of the Acceptable Use Policy.
