About Triple Dog Hosting
Triple Dog Hosting is a brand of Triple Dog Studios LLC, a company in Tampa, Florida. We are a print shop that also does hosting.
Print is our day job.
Triple Dog Studios LLC runs three print businesses: DTF-Prints.com, DTF.Monster and DuckingTees. We sell DTF transfers, custom apparel and printing.
Print shops have odd needs from a web host. Customers upload big files. Builders and configurators lean on the server. Orders spike when the season turns. We know because we live with it, so we built hosting for it.
These shops are ours. They are not customers of this hosting.

Uptime commitment
We target 99.9% uptime for each hosting service in each calendar month. When unscheduled downtime in a month passes 0.1% of that month (about 43 minutes in a 30-day month), you can claim a credit of 5% of that service's monthly fee for each full hour of qualifying downtime. The credit for one month is capped at 100% of that service's monthly fee. Credits go against future invoices. Claim by support ticket within 30 days of the outage. Exclusions apply.
