Big artwork uploads

Customers send large PNG and PDF files, and every order keeps its artwork. Files add up.

  • Storage per plan: 20GB on Woo Launch, 40GB on Woo Growth, 100GB on Agency.
  • Move finished artwork out of the store once an order ships, so uploads do not fill the plan.
  • Our provider publishes NVMe storage. See the infrastructure list.

Gang sheet builders and configurators

Builders send images and settings to your store. Each save, preview and add-to-cart is a request your server must answer.

  • PHP 8.4 on the LiteSpeed web server, with other PHP versions available if a plugin needs one.
  • MariaDB 11.4 holds your orders and product data.
  • Cache plugins skip the cart and checkout on purpose. Keep those pages lean.

REST API traffic

Production tools, shipping apps and sync plugins call /wp-json/wc/ around the clock. These calls are not cached.

  • Use webhooks instead of polling where your tool supports them.
  • Space out sync schedules so they do not all fire at once.
  • If your store keeps hitting a plan limit, we tell you and suggest an upgrade.

Peak season

November and December bring the rush. Plan for it before it starts.

  • Upgrades start right away and are prorated. Step up before the rush, step down after.
  • Take your own backup before a big sale. Our terms ask you to keep your own copies.
  • Billing is monthly with no contract, so you pay for the bigger plan only while you need it.

Woo Launch and Woo Growth come with WordPress and WooCommerce ready. On the other plans you add WooCommerce from the control panel. Every plan needs your own domain.

Before you move your shop.

Does support fix my plugins and theme?

Support covers the hosting platform, the control panel, and the basic setup of WordPress and WooCommerce on our servers. It does not cover custom code, plugin or theme bugs, or design work. See section 3.4 of the Terms of Service.

Which plan should a print shop pick?

Woo Launch fits one WooCommerce store. Choose Woo Growth if you need more storage or a couple of extra WordPress sites next to the store. Choose Agency if you manage many client sites.

What happens if my store outgrows its plan?

We tell you and suggest an upgrade. Upgrades apply right away and we prorate the difference. We never upgrade or charge you without asking first.
